Open an issue at https://github.com/liudanielusc/deal-analyzer-app/issues describing what you did, what you expected and what happened, with your iPhone model and iOS version. Issues are public: do not include tenant names, addresses, documents or any personal information.

Common questions

Where is my data? Only on your device. Use Deal library → Export full backup to keep a copy or move to a new phone, and Restore backup to bring it back.

Why are my numbers marked “unverified” or “estimate”? Every input carries its source. Values you typed as assumptions stay labelled until you replace them with a document, quote or record — the app never treats an assumption as evidence.

Can the app look up rents or public records? Not in this version; enter values from your own sources or import documents.

Is this financial advice? No. This app models property cash flow from the inputs, documents and assumptions you provide. It is decision support — not an appraisal, inspection, legal opinion, lending decision or investment, tax or legal advice — and it does not guarantee any rent, expense, financing term, approval or return. Replace estimates with quotes and actuals, and consult qualified professionals before acting.
